Shipping Information

Shipping Charges Within European Union:

• We offer free EU shipping on orders above 2500 EUR.
• Orders below the value of 2500 EUR will be charged a flat shipping rate of 85 EUR.
• All orders will be shipped within 3 working days and the delivery time is 3-5 working days except the day of sending the package.
• All orders are sent from an EU country and NO additional import duties and taxes will be added like TAX and VAT.

Shipping Charges Outside the European Union:

• Free Shipping for all orders Shipped Outside the European Union above the value of 3500 EUR.
• All orders Shipped Outside the European Union below the value of 3500 EUR will be charged with a flat shipping charge of 100 EUR.

All our orders are shipped only through reputed shipping providers such as FedEx, TNT, etc., which typically deliver within 4 to 6 working days.

FAQ

1. How fast will my order be shipped?

We ship all orders within 1-3 working days except on National Holidays. If the customer wants to add the Gemstone into a Jewelry on his request the dispatch date will be further agreed upon after the customer agrees on the production time and the cost of the jewelry.

2. How many days does it take to deliver my order to me?

All EU orders are delivered within 3-5 working days after the dispatch of the order.

All orders shipped Outside the European Union are delivered within 4-6 working days after the dispatch. Sometimes there may be a delay if the destination is in a remote area.

3. Can I track my order?

Yes. All orders will be shipped with a reputed courier and a tracking number will be provided. You will be able to track your orders online.

4. Will I be charged Custom Charges, Duties, etc.?

All EU buyers will receive their orders without additional fees and taxes. In many countries properly declared shipments may be subject to customs charges and tax. All fees, taxes, VAT, or other import duties/penalties are the full responsibility of the buyer. Gems Shop has no control over the customs policies of your country. Packages refused for these reasons are subject to a 10% restocking fee. In addition, return freight fees, brokerage charges and customs duties will be deducted from the total refunded amount.
