Now we will explain to you How it Works:
Step one
Find a gemstone(s) in our online store which you like and want to add to your jewelry.
Step two
Decide what kind of jewelry you want – Ring, Earrings, Necklace, Pendant, etc. Find a picture of the model that you liked. Send us the picture and the SKU of the Gemstone(s) you liked.
Step three
We will send you an e-mail with further questions as soon as possible but no longer than five working days after the receipt of the e-mail.
Step four
When Our team has all the necessary information, we will create a special offer for you and we will send it by e-mail. All our quotations are valid for 10 working days.
Step five
We will expect feedback about the quotation we have sent.
Step six
If the two parties reach an agreement on the price and the production time, we will send you a Proforma Invoice for 50% advanced payment for the Jewelry. When the Jewelry is ready you will receive a second Proforma Invoice for the rest 50%.
Step seven
After we receive the second payment we send the Jewelry you requested. All “Jewelry by Request” are sent with our trusted couriers and will be delivered within the standard shipping terms and conditions.
